We are proud to farm with only ecologically-sound practices.
Welcome to Hayou Farm.
Hayou Farm was established in 2018 in Staunton, VA, with the goal of providing ecologically-grown fruit and livestock to local customers. We specialize in organically-grown berries and orchard fruits, and pastured Katahdin sheep and South Poll cattle.
Meet Your Farmers
Adam and Allison Young met while farming in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. After formative internships at Evergood Farm (WI) and Polyface Farm (VA), they were ready to begin building Hayou Farm in 2018. They love farming with their young son and two wild labradors, Annie and Lucy.
Gabe Wiles, Hayou’s Farm Manager, was born and raised in Ohio where he attended the Ohio State Agricultural Institute and majored in Livestock Science. There he met his wife, Christina, and began raising beef cattle. Together they now live in the Valley with their two daughters, where they continue to work on regenerative farms and make goat milk soaps.
